Water Circulator




We are the largest manufacturer and supplier of high quality Water Circulators in Bangalore, Karnataka. Water Circulators are used to conserve the cooling water which is normally wasted away. Water Circulators are based on Heat Exchange Technology and consists of a specially designed Radiator with Copper tubes and Fins. Specially designed Radiator with Copper tubes and Fins, High speed fan to cool the Radiator & High efficiency Pump are assembled within a Powder coated MS Angle frame. We undertake bulk orders.

 

Description : Water Circulators are based on Heat Exchange Technology and consists of a specially designed Radiator with Copper tubes and Fins. The hot water discharged from Condenser passes through through a high efficiency Copper Radiator which absorbs substantial heat from the condenser output water and nearly Room Temperature water is sent to the Condenser.

 

Construction :

  • Specially designed Radiator with Copper tubes and Fins, High speed fan to cool the Radiator & High efficiency Pump are assembled within a Powder coated MS Angle frame. High Temperature resistant Heavy walled Rubber Tubings, High Temperature resistant valves made out of Brass / MS are used.
  • Reservoir for water circulator is mounted on top of the Powder coated MS Angle frame
  • The specially designed Water Circulators are very useful to conserve the cooling water which is normally wasted away

Note :

  • Output is variable from 150 to 300 Litres per Hour for WC1
  • Temperature of Input water: 50 to 60oC, Temperature of Output water: 30 to 40oC
  • Temperature fall : 20 to 40oC.
